Gevril Watch / Bad Customer Service

Received my new watch and it's beautiful. I needed one link removed for a better fit. I went to the Macys in Tom's River NJ. I talked to the saleswomen in Jewelry Section I needed a link removed from my watch Band. First she asked if I had a receipt if not I would have to pay. I replied yes I have the receipt. Than she told me It be better to go out to the Mall and to get it done at Steward Watch repair. I asked do I have to pay them she said YES. I don't understand that I purchased an expensive watch from Macys and bought it to Macys to have the band adjusted and the saleswoman didn't want to be bothered with it. It was 1140 am on July 7 and no one was at her counter. She was a little rude. Respectfully, Daniel M.
