Where’s My Order

It’s difficult to write a review when I am sent extra large hoop earrings rather than than the Giant Berni earrings I bought. This is not the only ongoing issue with Macy’s. I have had to rein out my phone number multiple times, basically with every purchase, and still have not earned reward points for my purchases. This is an ongoing issue.
