Wrong item

Received the wrong product. Also there was only one earring packaged. I was missing the pair when I called customer service. They say they will re-ship it out never received it. They still wanted me to return the one earring. I decided just to keep it because it’s a waste of time for me to go to the post office pay for shipping. Also the commute to go to Macy’s and pay for gas just to return it. I never received my item when I was told that they were going to resend it.
