Excellent quality

I bought this chain for a necklace chain that has a pendant and the chain had broken. I went to the store and a lady was very helpful helping me find a gold chain to put my pendant on. She out the pendant in for me after I had paid for it.

Beautiful sterling silver chain

Perfect length. Good weight. Looks expensive. I had a medallion that I needed the “right” chain for and this one is it. I bought the chain on sale so I like it even more!

No longer going to shop here!

Very disappointed I made a last minute birthday gift purchase on line for in store pick up and for some reason I didn’t catch that it wasn’t going to my store . So when I went to pick it up they told me it was in San Francisco I live in Santa Maria .. store clerk said they had it in stock there but I had to deal with customer service . So long story short didn’t have my gift to give and makes absolutely no sense to myself if you can see and access my order on the screen in front of you why can’t one cancel that order at wrong store so I can purchase at store I’m at .. STUPID !!! Need to rework that computer program… Thank you Macys ! I will be shopping elsewhere!!

Beautiful box chain

Great sturdy box chain. Good quality. My son and I both have this chain in different lengths and wear them 24/7. Perfect for a charm if desired. Perfect thickness, abt 1.3 or 1.4 mm (checked with calipers). The only thing that would improve this chain is a lobster claw.

Returned as some parts of the chain were different colors. Real silver doesn't do that. Returned immediately.
