Bracelet not worth the money

I haven't had the bracelet more than 60 days and its already broken. I take really good care of my jewelry so it's definitely not misuse on my part. Very disappointed that I can't return it.

It was pretty the box was gorgeous, while I was trying to open the clasps it broke so I didn’t even get to wear it

Pure trash!!!

Got as Christmas gift from fiancé, lasted less than a week, must've broke and fell off of wrist. I have turned my house upside down...nowhere to be found. The one gift I picked out, against his better judgement cause he didn't want to buy cz...I didn't care but guess he was right. Demanding refund!!!!
