Diamond fell out & faulty clasp

I’ve purchased two bracelets from Macy’s before and loved them. They only had a few issues, one being the clip would unlock on my bangle if I accidentally pressed it on a table or wherever my wrist lands causing it to fall off. The other tennis bracelet I loved most has weakened its security clasp over time. That is what prompted me to purchase another and take advantage of the online clearance for this one. I should have known better when the discount was so deep. I was highly disappointed upon receiving it. The clasp was faulty and would not stay secure. A few weeks later, I took it in store and an attendant tightened it. It wasn’t perfect but tighter than before. I contemplated exchanging it right then but she talked me out of it because it was no longer sold in stores. Looking back, I wish I returned it because now a diamond has fallen out conveniently right as I passed my return window. I don’t plan on purchasing jewelry from Macy’s again. I’m wasting my money now at this point.

Lock dosent work. Slips off

This is my favorite bracelet by far but I’ve had problems. I first got the bracelet as a gift. One day I realized it was missing from my wrist while wearing it and luckily found it. I realized the lock on the bracelet was loose and just a bit of movement knocks it out. Eventually I lost that bracelet because the lock slipped open and it fell off and I wasn’t able to find it. I bought the same one again to replace it. I made sure this time not to move to much when wearing it and sure enough it slipped off my wrist undetected and it’s not lost again. As much as I want to purchase it again I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Very disappointed. The lock should actually work instead it just opens with movement.

Almost a homerun

This bracelet is beautiful! However, upon opening the box, one of the stones in this bracelet was missing. It wasn’t in the box itself either. Makes me weary of exchanging this bracelet bc the stones don’t appear to be secured. Disappointing.

The bracelet is beautiful but it was delivered with a broken (stuck) latch. Will be returning. 😢😢😢
