Smaller than appears in photo

It's a lot smaller/shorter than it appears in the photo on the ear. It didn't hang over the edge of my ear at all and I don't have a long ear lobe.

One Earring Unusable

I purchased because they were on sale, however one of the posts arrived completely bent and the back is too loose to correctly hold the earring into place. The other earring is fine.
