The bracelet is a very light shade of pink than what is pictured.

DEFECTIVE Broke after 3 months

Macy's reputation for high quality products just took a ding. This bracelet was bought as a gift for Christmas. After 3 months it broke and the beads went flying everywhere. The Macy's chat just kept reiterating the 30 day return policy. Same with the 800 number. DEFECTIVE is not the same as a return. Macy's would not refund my money because the item was purchased more than 30 days ago. I had hoped it would last longer than 90 days.
