Terrible customer service

Ordered on 6/22, it is now 7/8 and I still don’t have them. Had to call several times to customer care to get this resolved. They finally had to ship a new pair. Still waiting on them.

Sandals.

I liked the sandals, bought three pair of them. But....I am only keeping one pair. Look at the inside leather, under the ball of a foot, the leather is cut off and it leaves a rough edge to it, which is going to be a problem when wearing them. I noticed it immediately when trying them on. (I bought them on line and had them shipped.)
