I love the quality of the bag but have been unable to get the navy color due to incorrect item numbers online I have ordered once on my Macy’s app and received a white one I had a store associate reorder and with the item number stated under navy again a white one was sent. I also spoke with customer service and they were unsuccessful or unable to reorder so I can get the correct color I just need Navy please!!
Missing Band
The bag itself is nice and perfect size. The only issue is the main band is missing and I got the bag on sale. Return is a hassle now.

Love this bag and the quality of it. Roomy enough with separate compartments. Definite keeper. Pretty colors. Comfortable and lightweight.

Beautifully made bag
I’m giving this bag 5 stars even though I’m returning it. I haven’t seen a bag made this well in a long time! It is completely lined in real suede and the leather is beautiful. So, the reason I’m returning it is it’s just a tad too small and I’m not sure how the strap will look if I take it to a shoemaker to convert into a shoulder strap. It’s a great, simple sleek and lightweight bag. The price is right and the Beechwood color was what I was looking for in the spring summer months. I really wish I could have made this bag work but I carry a couple of eye glass cases, wallet and makeup bag and it was packed. Another couple of inches wider and it would have made all the difference.
Great mid-sized bag.
Very nice. Soft and perfectly sized. And the real leather smells so good. I usually carry a larger bag but this is great when I want a mid-sized crossbody. The zipper keeps everything from spilling out when I inevitably knock it over in the car.

Well made and sturdy bag!
Absolutely beautiful bag! Well made and sturdy. In my opinion, it is solid enough to endure another generation of use! This bag is pricey, but worth the money. Hoping the color would be a little darker. Wish they made it in a chestnut color.
