RETURN ISSUES

BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR AND ITS NOT MACYS!!!!! First issue, the shipping time for items is over 2 weeks, plan accordantly . If you are in a rush, this will not be delivered in a timely fashion. Second issue, they will deliver the wrong item size and when you return item, you have to repurchase the item while your original money is pending to be returned and it will take over 4 weeks to get your money back.!!! I had to put a dispute with my bank to get my money back. THIS VENDOR SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM MACYS!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCT OR BUYING FROM THIS VENDOR. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!

Color was misleading

I bought the Burgundy thinking it would be a dark red since the online photos showed a maroonish Burgundy color but it was a very very purple color, very disappointed had to return.

Looks nice quality and a great deal

I'm upset because I received the wrong color - I ordered burgundy but got rust. However, the quality looks really good. I didn't realize the pants come unhemmed. Please note: Pants will arrive unhemmed, allowing customers to customize their length. When ordering, be sure to factor in time for tailoring.
