bad customer service

I will never buying anything from Macy's anymore. I don't receive my items and they didn't refund me my money this is not fer I call customer service no one can't solve my problem. that so wrong. I will call a my lawyer to help me.

Excellent

Looks great and they arewell put together, but the decorative buttons in the front are not well attached. They're hanging like it They're are about to come off. I think it is the type of button they used. Other than that, the suit is very elegant.

Don’t shop with Vendor

The suit runs small, buttons are loose and the material is mediocre. I returned the suit and the Macys salesperson inspected and accepted the return. However, the vendor - Daily Haute, sent an email claiming the suit was not in good condition and didn’t honor the refund. Now I’m stuck with this useless suit. Do not buy from vendor.

Cheap quality

I bought this suit to go to a wedding. I wear pants and jacket 42 L . They match W36 with 42 L . The suits look very cheap. The sleeve reaps after one single time that I wear them . I don’t recommend them

Terrible

Well where do I start this was supposed to be for a wedding. I don’t typically buy off the rack but this was straightforward enough I bought a 38S which should have fit a little big I usually have to get everything tailored anyway. This is a double breasted suit but when I put it on it didn’t have the last button hole cut out for the button to go through. Now I have a wedding next week and may not have a suit ready to go. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Dont even bother

Purchased two suits total of $800 never received the order is through a third-party seller so they are no help. Macy’s basically told me it could’ve possibly been fraud that I didn’t receive my shoes. Please don’t waste your time or money with his third-party seller.

Sizing Issue and long shipping delays

This product runs about 2 to 3 sizes below what you normally wear. If you decide to risk it, and u wear a size 32, consider buying it in a size 36. The jacket isn't that extreme so 1 size up on the jacket may do the trick. I honestly cannot recommend this product even though the color is absolutely amazing, the headache and tailoring you would need to make it work is a bit too much.
