Poor Costumer Service

I am writing this review to warn other customers about my extremely disappointing experience with this company. Over two weeks ago, I purchased a suit and specifically selected delivery to a Macy’s store because I knew I would be out of the country during that time. Despite my clear instructions, the company ignored the delivery option I selected and shipped the merchandise to my home address instead. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent several messages to the company asking for help and clarification, and to this day I have not received a single response. Not even a basic acknowledgment. It is very frustrating when a company makes a mistake and then completely ignores the customer who is trying to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Based on my experience, this company appears to care more about making a sale than about providing proper customer support when

Thick fabric .. not so nice

I got disappointed with the material. Very thick and not nice. It is slim fit so it runs smaller

The worst company ever

If I can give zero stars I would. I returned the item I received and have been waiting 3 weeks for my refund so I finally call macys and they are telling me the seller is stating I returned the wrong item and with no pants. I returned the item in person at the store if that was the case the cashier wouldn’t have taken the return and processed it if I was missing the pants or the item was wrong. The seller is lying and trying to just take the money. The worst company and clothing.

Wore it once and the threads coming already tried to return but they shipped me back one of my worst purchase ever.

worst experience

Returned the item the same day i got it in the mail, this was 12/27/25 and almost a month later still no refund. The color is nothing like the picture and the quality was aweful
