Horrible customer service

I did not receive my item it was not delivered, when I spoke to customer service they said they look into it I asked for a replacement because I want the item for my nephew birthday and 2 days later they sent my an email saying they denied my replacement and said nothing regarding my refund. Also still waiting on another package that was supposed to be delivered around the same date as the stolen package and no news about that package they didn’t even acknowledge it.

Disappointed

I loved this scent on men and was excited to smell it again when I tested out in the store on Black Friday but was disappointed when I received the set because it doesn’t smell anything like the original scent. This smells like a cheap knockoff of the original scent. I didn’t mine paying the high price for the original scent but not this formula. Please return to selling the original scent.
