Don’t order this set

Although I read reviews that people were not getting their complete order I was dumb enough to order this 3 piece set anyway. One spatula arrived. The 2nd a week later. Never got the 3rd.

Pattern Brands is poor 3rd party seller

I ordered two sets of GIR spatulas in different colors, to be fulfilled by Pattern Brands. The reason for my 2 star review is not a reflection of the product at all - GIR products are fabulous! The problem is that I only ever received one set, and it was not even correct. I was supposed to get an ultimate, a skinny, and a mini (black, slate blue, and white) spatula. Instead I received 2 ultimates (black and white) and a white skinny. No mini at all. It took Macy's weeks to send me an email saying the other half of my order (same set but in a confetti color that I was very excited to find) couldn't be fulfilled and that part of my order was being cancelled. I recommend avoiding buying products being fulfilled by Pattern Brands as they don't seem to be capable of fulfilling orders correctly or completely.

NEVER RECEIVED the third spatula or a REFUND

I had a horrible experience with this third party seller. They shipped 2 of the 3 spatulas. When I contacted Macy's customer service all they could offer was to cancel the order. The seller quickly set my order to BACK ORDERED. They never shipped the third spatula and I never received a refund when they changed my order from backordered to cancelled. Macy's needs to do a better job when vetting their third party sellers.
