Snow globe

Arrived & the bottom came off. Was not glued. And the music didn’t play in snow globe. Wire was not attached.

Snow Globe

The Christmas Globe arrived very cold. It looks all fogged up inside the globe. I am unsure if it will warm up and thaw out and defog? I can’t view Santa, the tree, or the presents it is so frozen. This was a Christmas gift for my Grandson. I will return the globe if it does not unthaw. It is very apparent that it was on the Delivery Truck and froze.
