Received damaged product

They sent me a damaged product. The paint on the Y in JOY was missing. I sent them a picture but they would charge me for shipping or I’d have to drive ( a long distance) to the nearest store. Understandable if I didn’t want the product, but not reasonable for something they clearly sent damaged. Disappointed in this customer service and in them sending a damaged product.
