Rug does not lay flat

There are a few flaws with the rug. The pattern is as pictured. The rug came folded in half then in quarters. Most rugs I have ordered come rolled. This rug is still not flat, it has creases and lines all through it. Never have I had a rug stay in that shape before and not lay flat. Frustrated.
