Beautiful, but Scuffed!

I was super impressed when I first opened the boxes (2) of glasses - loved the blue color and design. However, after pulling one glass out of its box, I noticed "dust" around the outside near the rim. And unfortunately, they were actually "scuff" marks, not dust. Every glass had this to some degree. I am not sure if this happens in manufacturing and packaging, or what could be the cause. Anyway, I had to return them.
