terrible seller!!!!

terrible seller, I did buy this item 1 week ago after 7 days they cancelled the order cause items out the stock, and that not true cause they have this item available!! plus never answer any email

Do not buy this basura don't not

I had it for two day i am stuck 20 minutes from my home and this bike stoped working no body call no this is major major garbage

Love this bike!

I bought this bike through Macys a year ago. I have since put 350 miles on it and it still runs like I just bought it. I am 6 foot 1 and 230lbs. The shocks are great, love the fat tires and rides nicely on pavement or off road. Pedal assist works perfectly. Can get it to 25 mph on electric only on a flat grade. Dashboard is very detailed and lights up nicely and has front and rear lights that are very bright. I got an extra battery and a bike rack through their website as well. I really enjoy getting out and riding this bike.
