Broken

They broke when I tried to put it in my ear devastated don't know how to get them replaced

Flimsy

These earrings were gifted to me. They are pretty but flimsy, one of them is about to break in half so I am unable to use them. So disappointing. Do not purchase.

Beautiful but very very cheaply made

Better quality, very cheaply made. Dents easily, the closure broke when received and wanted to try on

Irritating ball ruins them

I bought these earrings and they are pretty on. The part that threads through the hole in the ear has a little ball on the tip. It irritated one of my holes, and just annoyed the other when I put the earrings on and especially when I took them off. I am returning them.

Both casual and classic for up do and ponytail hairstyles. Highly recommended!

Faulty latch

I love the look of these hoops but the latch broke months after I purchased them. I did not buy insurance because I assumed Macy’s fine jewelry was durable. The quality has gone downhill over the years and it’s rediculous they won’t replace any jewelry without their protection plan.

Do not waste your money

These are not as pretty in person than in the photo. They look cheap and the clasp constantly opens making these earrings very difficult to wear.

Very nice but too big for me

I really like these earrings but they were too big for me. I wish my local Macy's had the same earring but smaller. Sadly I had to return them.
