I usually use 12 muffin pans, but wanted to be able to make smaller muffins to take to pot lucks. I double the recipe to make muffins and did so, expecting that the minimuffins would use the same amount-they did not. I did add some mashed bananas, so increased the amount of batter some, but ended up with 48 minis and 12 regular sized (a little smaller than usual). The non-stick is exceptional. There was absolutely nothing sticking to the pan, unlike my non-stick anodyne pans that have significant residue. Baking time was about 3 minutes shorter than for the larger muffins. Altogether, I am very pleased with the pans.

Fresh baked goodies

I have to tell this from my daughters point of view. She has been making our family fresh baked goodies ever since we got this mini muffin pan. She has made muffins, mini cheesecakes, tiny s’mores, and even little mini fruit tarts. She is quickly becoming a culinary genius and this pan is helping her along the way. Nothing stick and everything has came out delicious.

non stick holds up to a metal Forks

I was truly impressed with the build quality. After several uses and washes in dishwasher still looks and work like it was brand new. Usually when I use a metal fork on non stick coating it alway scratched the non stick. I can say this is the best non stick coating and mini muffin pan I used so far in my baking journey.

Nice performance, good size

I really like the number of muffins this has the capability of making at one time rather than needing 2 pans to do a batch of mini muffins like before. The non stick coating makes it easy to get the muffins I have made out cleanly and without lots of residue to clean up.

Perfect mini muffins

Been wanting to get a mini muffin pan, and this one works great! Made perfect little muffins, baked everything evenly, and nothing stuck to the pan. Cleanup was easy, though where the muffin cup meets the tray, residue can get stuck in the seam. I use a small brush to clean the rim of the muffin cup as a kitchen sponge doesn’t always work.

Great for Making Snacks & Pastries

I love my Goodcook Mini Non-Stick Muffin pan. It will be great for making all kinds of things especially for Christmas goodies. I like that it is so easy to use and love the non-stick surface too. We are going to use it for camping a lot this summer to make finger foods that we can eat by the campfire too.

Perfect tiny muffin and brownie pan

This is the perfect pan for tiny muffins or brownies. I love that it makes 24 at a time! The pan is well made, not too heavy, and best of all - non-stick. The muffins popped right out. It is very easy to clean - and is dishwasher safe. Just the perfect little muffin pan!
