More useful than expected
This has been one of those things that I didn’t know I needed until I had it. Took me a while to set it up after getting it, but will not go without it again and will likely get a few more. Maybe even splurge and get the wireless ones. I originally thought the wired state would be a massive inconvenience, but it wasn’t so bad because the cord is really long. I wouldn’t recommend you use it outside since it could easily be unplugged and carted off. If you use it inside I didn’t find anywhere I couldn’t set it up where I wanted. The set up was really easy and the picture is very good. Even the night vision is pretty decent. I mostly used it to keep up with what was happening in the house when I was away from home. I always felt better knowing I could tell if the cats were ok and that the house hadn’t been broken into. I was bummed that I have to subscribe to get the recordings and a longer history, but I never did and still found it to be useful. In short, it is easy to set up, easy to move around despite being wired, and has a very good picture. The bad is having to pay for more features and not being able to use it outside.

Great features
I got this indoor wired nest cam and had it installed by my electrician in a window that looks out and covers our front yard and entryway. Really nice that it can distinguish between people, animals and cars!

Exactly what I needed!
I have wanted a camera to put in our living area for a while now and this is perfect! We wanted to be able to check on our dogs while we were out, installing this one was easy! I enjoy the 2 way mic so that I can talk to my dogs if they get too fussy. The picture is clear and the app is easy to use!

GREAT item!
arrived in box with very clear instructions for a super easy set up to PC/phone/etc, and cristal clear video. Installed in living room to keep track of coming/going of teenagers.....works like promised.

Good Quality Survellience Indoor Camera
This is perfect for home security for your home, it offers good quality picture. Perfect indoor camera to secure your home and offer you daily eyes on in your home, easy to install , unfortunately after the trial runs out this is a monthly subscription service , good images and sound , I recommend , a must have for all your security needs.

Easiest Cam Ever!
It took me a while to take the Nest Cam out of its box. I was not looking forward to the inevitable hassle of hooking it up and getting it to work. If only I had known! When I finally bit the bullet, I was astounded. It was perhaps the easiest set-up I have ever experienced! It connected right up to my Wi-Fi network and started working within minutes. The video quality is fantastic. I love that it has a "familiar face" feature. Pulling up the video from your phone is incredibly simple. You can even speak into your phone and have your voice come out of the camera! You are able to rotate the camera in various directions. It even allows a certain period of recording so that you can go back and watch something that happened hours ago. Overall, I am in love with this device!

Love it!
We have been pleased with addition to the Nest products in use at our home. We already use the app, so it was easy to add. The camera covers a wide space in our main living area. We are currently in the middle of a remodel and the camera has made it easy for us to check on the progress while we are away from home.

Great addition to smart home
This indoor Nest camera was super easy to set up and add into my current smart home set up. It's not overly large and blends in with decor. I like being able to access it from my phone. I would recommend this product.
