Worst Customer Experience I have had in years.
At this point, I have been on the phone with tech support for two hours, been transferred to 4 different people and been promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. No one can tell me why my order was cancelled. This wouldn't be a problem except that they took the money out for the order, then cancelled and started a refund in a different transaction through my bank, which could take up to 14 days to complete. Macys took my money out of my account, claimed their was a payment issue and started a refund process. Why are you taking the money from my account and then cancelling my order? I fully regret ever making a macys account in order to buy this phone. No one has helped me in any way, just repeatedly telling me they "can't tell why it happened" but offering to send me to a new person, who, everytime, also can't tell me why my order was cancelled.

What can I say, this camera is amazing. The picture quality is top of the line. I was using a scanner to save old family pictures and on a whim decided to try my Pixel instead, the results were much better. The erase feature allows me to eliminate several ex's in my family with a few touches on the screen. This phone is amazing.

Flawless!
I've never even considered using a Google phone until now but so glad I did. The vibrancy of the screen colors are beyond astonishing. Beautiful and crystal clear to say the least. The sound is comparable to an actual television. The sound has such clearness and even the perfect amount of bass that I love. I found only very minor issues when trying to navigate or control this device. Swiping away from the current screen takes some getting used to but does become easier after using for a bit. Phone calls are very clear and easily navigated as well. Not many issues to report with this phone. I'm very pleased with this device to be honest.Good job google!

Excellent camera
The camera on this phone alone is worth it. You can delete people from backgrounds! The photos are so clear and beautiful. It is easy to use different modes for your phot/lighting needs. I like the size and look of the phone. Calls are clear. Videos and images on screen are vibrant and clear. Very good sound quality.

The camera is AMAZING
I’ve been intrigued by the Pixel for a while, and decided to take the plunge with the Pixel 7. The Pixel has some impressive features – but the one I’m most excited about is the camera. The overall camera quality is outstanding, and the Magic Erase function specifically is pretty amazing. It’s easy to use and I can’t get over how well it actually erases elements you select to be removed. Of all the new camera features – that one is definitely the most useful as well as different from what other phones offer in their cameras. I would buy this phone based on the camera alone – when I’m out with friends and family, everyone wants me to take the pictures because of how awesome the camera is compared to theirs. Beyond that, phone navigation is straightforward – if you’re not used to Android (I wasn’t), it takes a little getting used to, but it is intuitive once you’ve used it for a couple of days. I’d highly recommend the Pixel 7, especially if having an awesome camera is important to you.
