Gotham Steel 11" Stainless Steel Ti-Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan is so easy to cook with and clean up is a breeze. Love using this everyday to cook my eggs and bacon and all types of meals. Every home should have one of these

Super slick...at first

Nonstick pans seem to lose the non-stickyness after awhile, so I needed a new one stat! I really like the look and feel of the stainless outer shell! I've cooked eggs, French toast etc in it for about 2 weeks now and I noticed a couple of "catchy" places in the nonstick surface. Im always careful to cool the pan before washing in gentle sudsy water with a cloth, so I'm bummed ill have to be extra careful with this guy. I never use spray either, since I've heard it ruins nonstick surfaces. I still really like the pan, but feel ill have to use a touch of oil to really make my food not stick.

Excellent quality

With my family of 7, I need quality cookware for my meals. The 11" Stainless Steel Ti-Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan is outstanding. This is made from a single sheet of stanless steel and has a completely no stick, no scratch finish on the inside. I can use my metal utensils and not worry about damaging the inside of the pan. At 11" round, it is large enough to do a dozen scrambled eggs with no problem. I love that it has a cool touch handle and can be used in the oven as well as on the stove top. This fry pan literally just wipes clean but it is also dishwasher safe. Definitely a quality product, hope I find more in different sizes.

Nice Frying Pan

This frying pan is a pleasure to cook with. It's all shiny and new, and 11" is a geat size on my small stove top. I made zucchini with sauce, and there was no staining. I made scrambled eggs and I was a bit disappointed with what was stuck to the pan. Cleaning that up was a bit of a chore, but i still like it.

great frying pan

I bought the 1" and very happy with it, good size of teh frying pan, non stick ceramic surface, hoping iy Stainless Steel Ti-Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan, hopefully it will last a long time, its ot too heavy just a right size
