Excellent grinder

Very happy with this purchase! Excellent grinder. Only caveats, burr is loud when grinding and there is no off button, but it is not a true problem. You can leave the grinder plugged in and the little blue light stays on constant or you can unplug it so that the light goes out. Pros: The grind is great with many options on size of grinds. The consistency of the grind is awesome and thorough. Although this may not be a well known name brand, the grinder performs awesomely. I would recommend this product.

Great Grinder

I recently bought this coffee grinder from Macy's.com and it has met all of my needs. If you are an old-fashioned type who loves to grind their coffee beans before putting up a fresh brew, this is the product for you. With it's 20 different grind settings, the GCG185 Electric Cone Burr Coffee Grinder can make your beans as coarse or as finely grinded as you like them.

Works great and fits on the counter!

This is a great grinder, and takes up much less counter space than other burr grinders. Unlike my blade grinder, I can control the grind size so the taste is very consistent pot to pot. I was a little worried from the picture that getting coffee out of the holder might be difficult but a spoon fits in and the coffee comes out easily. The top may not be completely airtight, but it is a good enough seal that I am happy to store beans in it. This grinder can do really course to super fine grinds and everything in between. It's also fast and easy to use, there is nothing better than freshly ground beans right before you make coffee.
