Received as a gift

We received it as a gift and though it does it’s purpose beautifully, the touched screen stopped working after 2 days of receiving it. It also came with a missing screw for the handle as well as the plastic for the button to separate the inside basket came off and broke with ease when washing it.

So this worked great at first but now after 6 months it just completely died. Trying to see how Macy’s or GoWise will rectify this situation. Do NOT recommend at all.

Poorly made

Bought this air fryer over a year and it's already falling apart. The plastic is separating from the metal part of the fryer. Poor quality product.

Worked less than a year

Purchased July 2020 and no longer works. It started making sounds a few months ago. Now it no longer air frying...

Great Airfryer - definitely recommend.

I love this airfryer - it works beautifully and fits on the counter without taking up too much space of hitting the bottom of the upper cabinets. It needs no oil and no preheating. It cooks food wonderfully and more quickly than regular frying or baking. While it is their largest size in order to have crispy food for four you will need to cook in two batches as you need to leave space between the food to let the air circulate. The accessories are great - but you won't use them as much as you think you will. The pizza and cake pans are tiny. The only down side to this airfryer is that it is a bear to clean. You can never get it fully clean no matter how much you scrub. I won't put it in the dishwasher as that will remove the non-stick finish (which has stayed perfectly) but it takes a lot of work to clean. However every review I've read for any airfryer says the same thing about cleaning so I'm guessing it just goes with the territory.

Rattle noise

I have to return this. I was so excited and looked in the book and was more excited with the array of recipes. The instructions suggest turning on the fryer 5 minutes to assist with cleaning out factory residue. When I turned the fryer on, there was a loud rattle noise- some kind of defect. I plan on making an exchange and hopefully I get a better machine.

Perfect and easy to use

Air fryer is a perfect technology and very easy to use..specially it goes very well for the people who wana go on diet and still have the craving of some crispy oily food like i always have.. you have to play around with temperature settings depending upon what kind of food you are going to put in it.. if it's raw meat then i would suggest start with low temperature for 15-20mins then raise the temperature depending upon condition of the meat afterwards

Hate it

The very first day I got it and decided to use it only for it to stop working in the middle of using it.
