Squeak.... Squeak.... Squeak

Got this to help soothe a preemie baby who came home from the NICU expecting the same round the clock care at home... He is doing fine but after his time with nurses constantly at his bedside he struggled to settle at home.. it's been difficult so the decision was made to get something to soothe him, but instead we ended up with the infamous squeak... It is so annoying, wakes the baby constantly, echoes through the house... Fost we hear it because his bedroom is right next to ours, but then seconds later it sets off the baby monitor. For the price, do better.

Motor sound issue

Got this from my sister as a baby shower gift. The motor has a loud noise and could barely use it as baby would wake up. Inside liner is smooth and spacious but due to motor being loud I ended up giving it up as I didn’t have any receipt to return it. We were using bassinets for all our family kids but truly disappointed with this one. I hope they upgrade

Very noisy

Worked great for first month then started making loud sounds when rocking that wakes everyone up. It has great features so I was very hopeful but the sounds it makes when rocking After only using it for a month isn’t worth the money.

The Infamous Squeak

The squeaking is ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of soothing my baby to sleep just to start squeaking as soon as he falls asleep and just wakes him right back up. Waste of money.

A brilliant idea but not worth it as squeaks so loud after awhile. Defeats the purpose because it wakes you and your baby up. Definitely not worth the price.

Pad needs work

Still adjusting- had I known there were no replacement pads I wouldn’t have purchased. Unreasonable to have to wash each time!

Baby loves it, until the squeaks start! 😢

I really wanted to love this bassinet because my baby actually enjoys it, when it’s quiet. Unfortunately, the squeaking is so loud that it defeats the whole purpose. Every time I try to soothe or rock her, it makes noise and wakes her right back up. I gave it two stars only because my baby likes it and seems comfortable in it when she manages to fall asleep. But the constant squeaking turns what should be a helpful product into something pretty useless. I even have a video to show just how bad it is. Really disappointed overall.
