Grandma Inscription Missing

The one I received did not have Grandma engraved on the bracelet as shown. Returned.

Received gold plated instead of silver

I ordered the silver-plated grandma bracelet, but I received the gold-plated. I’m not sure yet how I feel about it, other than disappointed. But I don’t want to have to deal with returning it. I’m not sure yet how I feel about the quality, but the inscriptions are hard to read in the gold-plate, I thought maybe they would be easier to read in the silver-plate.
