Suitable for my cooking needs

The right size for a small family only for cooking and storage for a family of two. Not recommended for medium to large size families as more space will be required for the meats and space is small.

Good Roasters

I am pretty good cook, etc….(not gourmet) though I’m considering taking classes. I purchased two Granite Stone Roasters approximately 18 months past,,one large, one small, from Macy’s online & on-sale. Hint: Read the specifications, they include the size for each item Granite Stone Roaster, Pans, Bakeware, etc… Keep in mind, you can easily Return the majority of their products, they come with a 10 Year Warranty. Pay attention to materials, i.e., chemicals used in manufacturing. There are PFOA’s in the Roasters, if you copy & paste the links or info, you can minimize any harmful effects for yourself and loved ones. The small Roaster is perfect for veggies among other great food. REMINDER; NEVER place empty cookware in warm or hot oven or on the stove. Enjoy!!!

rusted quickly

At first I loved it with the exception that I had to have rubber gloves to handle it he pan. Then it started to rust very quickly.

Deceptive description

NOT a 19.5 inch roaster pan. It measures 15" long with 2.25 handles protruding on each side. WAY too small to hold a large turkey like a regular 19" roaster would do. I had to return it.

Beef Hunter

Well I read the reviews, and I am going to take my chance. I have a Large Corn beef that I will be cooking for Christmas. I have been searching endlessly to purchase a pan so I can simmer it over two stove eyes. Thanks for all the reviews, and will let you know the outcome.
