Pretty but useless

Right out the box it did not work. The water reservoir is also VERY small. It is not intuitive either.

Pretty but doesn't work

This diffuser is very pretty BUT it only stays on for a few seconds then turns off. Very disappointed!!

Terribly disappointed

This is one of the most disappointing items I have ever purchased. The diffuser did not work the moment I took it out of the box. Thanks to Macys I am able to return the item immediately.
