Missing items and late arrival

I ordered a skillet, 2 Mac lipsticks and a electric lunchbox. I just received one item, the lunchbox today after waiting for an entire week. I paid for 1 to 2 business day delivery. What happened to the remaining items in my order? I am very disappointed with this.

Good Food Heater

Good Food Heater. This heater gently heats up soup, leftovers and sauces. The contents don’t get too hot, but just enough. The enamel on the bowl chipped because I was storing the electric cable in the bowl. Sent request to help/support about buying another bowl. Haven’t heard back but I’m concerned about using the enamel chipped bowl.

Heat good lock no good

The heating part of the unit is good however the lock is made very flimsy! Not a strong lock. My lock didn't work on one side of unit.
