Had Two - Both Terrible

Don't buy this. My first blender leaked oil/fluid after every use. I had to provide photographs and lots of details to get a replacement. The second one screams when I use it. It's a comically awful sound that never goes away. They only offer replacements - no refunds.

Do NOT buy

The design of this bender is horrible. The item is 2 part, motor and blending. The blending part itself consists of 2 parts. The liquid food crawl up the blending unit inside the tube. It is a mess every time. In addition it is nasty to separate those 2 parts trying in order to clean it up. This item lasted less than 2 years, It is now broke. Part of the bending unit has heated up and melted. I tried to show that in attached photo. It is gone.

Incredible! So versatile

Absolutely love this blender! Was looking for a hand blender to help with making soups this winter season and it was such a nice treat to have the versatility of a frother and mixer as well. I have already used the whisk attachment twice and it has made baking so much easier! Strongly recommend this product.
