Buyer Beware

I was looking for a ceramic skillet that could withstand use without the skillet burning up and coating coming off. I've used it ten times to date, and it looks like something I've used 100 times. It burns, doesn't cook evenly. Really bad purchase, would never order from GreenPan products again.

Amazing Pan

I was surprised at the heat produced so quickly. The food stayed hot for serving. I have never owned an electric skillet with this heating capacity.

I have always used electric frypans and this one is excellent, the cooking surface and heating element is great

Quick and steady heat makes it easy to cook dishes

We made one of our favorite dishes tonight, barely an hour after we received our Greenpan Skillet in the mail. The skillet heated up quickly and kept a steady heat as we browned the chicken and then sauteed onion, garlic, some pancetta, three red peppers, and added tomato sauce. The heat was steady and everything cooked right on time. The meal was excellent and the cleanup could not have been easier.
