Worked for about a month. Was very conscious of following instructions washing etc. One month of using everything sticks. Money wasted.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. Well made wok/no PFOA PFAS!
My husband was pleased with the performance of the wok. It heats up nicely due to the 3-ply layers of stainless steel and aluminum. The wok is easy to clean. The only negative comment would be that the pan is a bit small. We chose the size, so that is not a knock on the overall product. This is my fourth Green Pan. They are a great product, safe and easy to cook with.

Not sure of induction performance
It is induction ready, but the knobby bottom may not be that good. I get my range next week, so I will see. Love the ceramic coating.
