Best nonstick I've ever owned

I own a full set of All-Clad stainless pans, but I didn't own a non-stick pan. I purchased my first one a few years ago. I have since added to my collection with two of these omelet pans. All I can say is WOW. I took a little time to learn to cook at a much lower heat. I use them daily.

Best non-stick pans

These pans are great. They are truely nonstick, easy to clean and look nice. I am replacing all my old "nonstick" pans in both of my houses with these.

Not sure of induction performance

It is induction ready, but the knobby bottom may not be that good. I get my range next week, so I will see. Love the ceramic coating.
