Best nonstick I've ever owned

I own a full set of All-Clad stainless pans, but I didn't own a non-stick pan. I purchased my first one a few years ago. I have since added to my collection with two of these omelet pans. All I can say is WOW. I took a little time to learn to cook at a much lower heat. I use them daily.

Had high hopes

I bought this pan for the primary purpose of cooking eggs in the mornings. It did great for about 3 months and then my eggs started sticking. I have always hand washed it and taken good care of it. I guess I am going to have to take a look at the more expensive brand of ceramic cookware.

Not sure of induction performance

It is induction ready, but the knobby bottom may not be that good. I get my range next week, so I will see. Love the ceramic coating.

Perfect nonstick pan

Perfect nonstick pan. When I make fry egg, the egg can move around and get flipped very easily. Also feel safe to know that it is non toxic. I will definitely buy another one in different size soon.
