I have had this set of pans for over a year now and have been raving about them to my friends & family. The quality is amazing, and after over a year of using the 8" pan almost every morning for eggs, it still looks like it did the day I got it, and it performs even better.
The key is to follow the directions exactly: heat on low-medium low for 90 seconds with nothing in the pan, then add your choice of cooking oil (I use bacon grease), then add food once the oil is warmed/melted. Only use sponge, along with dish soap & water, to clean. I truly believe I'll use these pans for years to come, and will buy more.
