Most excellent non-stick cookware
Excellent for oven, easy simple clean-up. We've just added this to our collection and have gotten rid of most of our other non-stick cookware that wears off (don't know where it goes). Our Green Pan bakeware goes directly into the oven. Whether it's baking recipes or meals that we choose to brown or crisp up, when we're ready to clean them the pans very easily come clean with soap and hot water using a sponge. We no longer stress over cleaning and love how reliably non-stick they are. We plan on continuing our collection and highly recommend them.

A dream to use! We have been using it nearly every day either for quick bread or yeast bread. My daughter-in-law has been making the lemon loaf from the green pan cookbook and I make whole grain yeas bread. Both just pop out! We have two and laugh about needing another one.

Bought this to replace an old damaged 5x9 pan, sadly this pan is NOT 5x9 as implied by the dimension. It's a nice quality pan but not large enough to make a meal for a small family.

Disappointed
When I opened the new box of the Premier Ovenware Ceramic Loaf Pan we noticed that the ceramic paint was chipping in several places and that concerned us. Greenpan were nice enough to send us a return label, but as a retired restaurant owner this is generally not acceptable. Very disappointed as we really like our Greenspan Standley Tucci Stainless Steel Frypan Set that we purchased earlier.
