Love this for roasting in smaller amounts

I've used this twice since purchased, and find it's as sturdy, and easy to clean as my other Pro Reserve cookware. The quality is excellent, I love the firmness of the pan. I unintentionally went over the 550F limit, the pan bent, and then went back into shape as it cooled *phew*. I will not be doing that again. I'm really pleased with this pan.
