Poor quality
I was so excited to gift my mom this as an early Christmas gift, and to my surprise we’ve had it for about 2 weeks and it’s already turned out to be poor quality, it’s horribly stained and isn’t heating properly. Very disappointed to say the least.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. My favorite pan. I use this pan all the time and I’ve already had a few family members purchase it for themselves as well. Saves dishes and works great for when feeding a family.

VERY nice for pancakes
Had a Wolf Range with built in griddle for years and got used to having a super hot flat iron surface! When I moved new stove had 6 burners but no griddle. Figured for once or twice a month pancakes it wouldn't be a big deal. It was a big deal. I bought this to see if spanning two burners would work. It takes a bit of moving it around but this pan is solid without being heavy and is large enough for 6 large pancakes if thats your jam on Sunday mornings. Also great for grilled cheese and burgers when the kids are here. I really like this brand of an and the cream non stick surface!
