Great quality nonstick pans!

I purchased these in December and have been thoroughly enjoying them. Instructions say not to use spray oils because they will stain the pan (I did that on another ceramic pan) Use a tiny bit of oil on the pan and they are great. Making eggs and omelettes and they literally slide in the pan. Great quality! Love them!

Wish they lasted longer

I've had two of these pans and followed all instructions. If you cook every day with this pan it will last just under a year before the non stick starts to fail. I saute tofu in this pan with very little oil on medium heat. It works great for about 8 months.

I'm a big fan of my new GreenPan

This is my most favorite frying pan, and my 2nd GreenPan. I am replacing my collection of Calphalon pans. There is no comparison between the brands. GreenPan wins on all criteria. Love that this pan can one day be used for induction cooking.

Ceramic standout

Beautiful pans! Have a ceramic super non stick surface the blue color is just stunning and the beautiful curved handles really fit your hand nicely. Each pan is well crafted and the bottom of the pan has a pebbly non slip surface. Works like a charm on our induction surface, although it does slide some what on the glass surface of our induction stove top.
