Great Pan that heats easily on a low flame.

Used only once for Turkey Gravy with Vegetables. The pan heated quickly on a low burner, simmered nicely, and allowed easy thickening with out scorching or sticking.

LOVE this pan!

This pan appears to cook quicker at lower temperatures; just let the pan warm for 90 seconds and you're off to the races. The only downside (if you could consider it that) is that they don't recommend the use of olive oil, only canola. But, it so over=performs that the "oil issue" is not ab issue oil for me! Cooks evenly and quickly. Buyers will love it...guaranteed!
