You need one of these!

Great pan - as they all are from this company. I'm in the process of replacing some old pots and pans and these are great. Easy clean up and non-stick without all of the chemicals.

I'm a repeat buyer - these are great pans!

I've purchased these pans several times over the years. The first batch was not induction-ready, and I was sad when I got a new stove and they didn't work. I tried Misen carbon non-stick, which looked really promising, but ended up coming back to the Valencia non-stick. Luckily, the newer versions DO work with induction cooktops so... Yay!!! I've fallen in love with them all over again! :)

love love these fabulous pans make perfect eggs, chicken or sauces, nothing sticks and clean up is so easy The smaller pan is perfect for one portion such as eggs. The larger size is great for making a nice size omlett,sauteing fish or two grilled sandwiches
