Exceptional Quality & Performance – A Kitchen Must

The GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Square Griddle has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. The ceramic nonstick surface is outstanding—nothing sticks, even with minimal oil, and cleanup is effortless. Pancakes, eggs, grilled sandwiches, and veggies cook evenly and release perfectly every time. I love how solid and well-made this griddle feels. It heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, eliminating hot spots. Great Pan! Even cooking!

Excellent Square Pan! Cleans up easy, cooks evenly, I personally just handwash the pans, so I have not tested how well they do in dishwasher.
