Induction awesome +++ makes cooking for 8 easy.

I have been looking for a double burner griddle for my induction stove double burner option. I love the height of the sides it makes stove clean up easier. It will cook 8 1/3 lb. burgers easily (you will start with six and add two as beef heats. Cleans well enough that I can cook for both vegetarians and omnivores with just washing. It heats and cooks evenly just as you would expect of any Green Pan.

The GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Square Griddle has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware.
