Nice and solid

I bought a whole set for my daughter and bought 2 sauce pans for myself. We had had our original pans for almost 40 years. I really love these new pans. They are nice and solid and sit flat on my cooktop. The glass lids are a welcome addition, never having glass before. Since you need to use medium/low heat it takes some time to heat up the food, but then it holds the heat well. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great pans but the lids don’t have a steam relief/ or vent hole. For the price paid they could have engineered a vent hole in the covers.

Quality is nice

I really like the stockpot and wish we could have purchased it with our original set. We have the Reserve Pro Ceramic Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set in Black, but the stockpot isn’t currently available to buy separately. It would be great if GreenPan offered it as an individual piece.
