Great pans!
I really like these pans and replaced the ceramic coating GreenPans I had as they were chipping. The non-stick property is working with the cleaning and after use coating of oil (I use coconut oil). Thanks!

Green Pan Reversible Griddle
This is a well made griddle that I bought to use on my induction stove although the first time I used it was in the oven. I followed the directions and put a light coating of oil on it before baking a variety of seafood at a high temperature. It cleaned up beautifully. Can’t wait to try pancakes on the stove! I love the environmentally friendly coating Green Pan puts on their cookware which is also healthier for us humans.

Love the griddle!
Very solid and well made cast iron griddle! I purchased this to use on my induction cooktop, but got worried that it wouldn't work when i opened the package! I placed the griddle on top of a silicone cooktop protector and turned on the burner! I bought the griddle for pancakes and when i make chicken parmesan! Very happy with my purchase.

Great for camping.
The Bobby Flay Greenpan 8" and 10" cast iron pan sets are a campers dream come true. We go camping often as a family and these cast iron pans were a perfect addition to our camping weekends to cook up food while out camping. They clean up great and season well. We cooked up burgers, hot dogs, eggs and sausage for breakfast, everything cooked great and delicious. Definitely made cooking and cleanup easy. The cast irons are heavy weight and durable. They cooked evenly on our stove top and preheating was quick and easy. Definitely a must have for campers and those loving cooking on cast iron pans.

Perfect size!
I like using these pans. They were easy to coat and I liked the shine they had after being coated/prepped. They are not too heavy which is something I was worried about. The sizes are just right, not too big. My sister has a cast iron and she liked mine better because the size was more manageable. I have not noticed any durability issues so I think they will last long. It’s nice to have two of them. I plan to use the smaller one for desserts and the bigger one for savory items. Cooked chicken in the big one and it turned out delicious.
