Never received - ruined Christmas

If I could give 0 stars I would, I can’t tell you about this item because I ordered these earrings and the beautiful emerald cut diamond ring for my lady for Christmas, the earrings were not delivered when they said they were!! - NEVER received!!! The ring was ordered on 12/11 which promised a 3-6 day delivery but has been in processing ever since I ordered. I am not the only one with the same problem from this store concerning the ring anyway. Now I have nothing to give my girl for Christmas except an IOU because of this debacle of a shopping experience. Macy’s could only apologize for this horrible experience but at least they refunded my money according to the message they sent. I won’t be shopping online with Macys again. If you can’t deliver as promised then don’t offer the items for sale!!!! Very disappointing and totally disgusted. ;(. !!!!!
