HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give customer service zero stars, I would!! I never received the ring after 13 days! I needed it for a special event and after 4 chats, I call and a promise that a supervisor would call me back, the last chat rep I spoke to on the day it was promised for her 4th time, he didn't see it in progress... so offered me a refund I'd have to wait 24 to 48 hours for. It's bad enough that this never came for a very important event.. but the to make me wait for my refund because of their error!! Macy's cistomer service, inventory management and quality control are not what they used to be... I've been a loyal customer for decades.. its changing.. other options are more in tune with customer service... Macy's is changing and its not for the better
