Requested gift wrap, paid for it and didn't get it

Came poorly packaged and loose in bottom of box. Not even buckled to a foam holder that was tossed in loose. Very poor show for a $1550 watch from a high end company.

Gucci watch

Beautiful watch, I got this 3 months ago and there's discoloration on the strap. Very disappointed, and definitely returning it.

Do not buy! Tarnished after a few wears.

I am so disappointed! I splurged for this watch and it is unwearable after a few wears. The gold gold tone on the band is completely discolored after wearing it a handful of times to the office. Macy's said they won't do anything about it. Such a waste of $$
