Quality issue

This earring set is very cute with different charms, but one clasp will not secure making that earring unusable.

Disappointment

One of the six pieces was missing from this set that was sent to me and one of the hoops wouldn't remain closed so they just fell out of my ear. I did try twice to get some money back from the missing piece but put in contact with an automated system that just kept telling me "sorry". Finally I was able to chat with a person but the whole process went on so long I had to get back to work. No resolution was ever made. Clearly the person who packed this order could see it was missing a red heart from this set but it was still sent to me anyway. This is the second Macy's order where something has been wrong with the order. The last one had sale tags on it but I was sold the item at the higher price.
