Dissatisfied customer

The watch is absolutely beautiful! I was so disappointed when I received it though. It came in not working condition as the battery was dead!!!???? Really???? That's absolutely unacceptable!!!! Had to waste my time and money to go get it running. I want an adjustment in the price and cant even get a hold of customer service. What a total disappointment!!! Unhappy customer, will not shop here again.
