Very disappointing

I received a used watch that wasn’t working. You could see scratches all over it. I ordered it in June and but it was delivered in a Christmas box that showed Fossil! And the watch brand is Guess!!!

We had issues with the watch squeaking a lot. I wish I would have purchased a different watch.
